Looks like a great headset, comes in a nice box, everything is packaged and looks professional. the microphone and on the ps4 it just helps. I saw someone else had this issue but I was hoping based on other 5-3 star reviews it was just their headset. Comfort is reduced to a minimum. I feel like the speaker is pushing too hard on the outer part of the ear and the sound output is too low, so you have to crank everything to near-maximum settings. I think I'll just go to Walmart and get a headset, there I bought another one which I really liked. I was just looking for a cheap solution. Not to mention, don't buy, just don't expect the quality of the more expensive turtle beach sets, they may have a name but that doesn't mean anything.
