This pet hair removal rubber broom does look like the photo provided and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. When it was delivered, the packing was was great and didn't take up too much space. This product did not come with any instructions. The first time I assembled the item together, I had accidently twisted them into the wrong hold, but was able to figure it out pretty quickly. The broom's handle is quite short even for my 5ft 3in frame. I tried using it on my carpet that has been kindly loved by 10+ foster cats, and I wasn't really able to get any fur off it. I used different amount of pressures, but it did not make too much of a difference. It did cause my back pain to flair up because I had to bend over and put a lot of pressure on the broom to try to get some hair off my carpet. This product does work better on my tile floor and using it to sweep off crumbs. Honestly, I would prefer just vacuuming my carpet daily than using this product that did not work for me.
