What I like: (assuming good reliability) Seems well made Accuracy: 2% or better over full range Extended scale which is reasonable given the good accuracy Good interior lighting What I don't like: Extreme Damping movement seems to be in the electronics. I don't understand the need for this cushioning. I want to see an instantaneous response to a voltage change. However, it takes a few seconds for the pointer to move to a new value. This makes it difficult, for example, to determine what level the voltage drops to when the starter is cranked (a good indicator of battery health). For this reason I only give 3 instead of 5 stars. I use it almost all year round now. The cushioning is still a bit annoying, but otherwise it works well and reliably. For these reasons I am increasing my rating to 4 stars.
