The design of this product was EXACTLY what I was looking for. especially the pen. When I got it I installed the thermostat and let it do its job. I noticed that it has something to do with the temperature. but not enough to really complain. He's always been a little different. Well it's the night before Thanksgiving and I set it to 68 degrees and wake up at 3am in a sweat. The thermostat read 74 degrees before finally turning off, but then the temp gauge slowly continued to climb and reached 84 degrees! (that's exactly how it was, if not higher!) NOT OK! I checked my settings and they were still set to 68. I called Amazon support to fix the problem immediately. Finally got a refund.
