I originally ordered this item in a 3T/4T. My twins will be four this month and have always been small. Although 3T/4T fits, I'm nervous it won't last long. I ordered the 5T and it is slightly larger and an inch longer. This size worked great because it gives them more room to grow without making the shirt too baggy. The material is very soft and feels high quality. I definitely recommend this product. I will update so you know how he washes.
