Arrived with no damage or defects. The design inside was exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Great and you can see the liquid level inside. Had to buy another 24oz because roommates kept using my others and didn't wash them fast enough and I couldn't be happier. It keeps my drink colder for longer, especially in summer. I really don't recommend putting it in the microwave because in 2 years I've had a mug to make coffee and tea not counting the wear and tear when I did. . Use another cup to heat, stir and pour into this cup. It will also scratch from all that mixing. You will need a brush to properly clean the lid as it has narrow corners. The spout's sliding cover can also be removed to clean this area. Simply press the tabs on the bottom to remove the cover.
