Everything is fine, I liked the product, I bought it for a reason.

We have been using laptops from this manufacturer for many years - not without complaints, but one day, having risked cheating on the manufacturer, we again returned to the good old Asus, and this time the choice was obvious. In general, I am satisfied with the product, provided that the above is the exception, not the rule. Got pros: Build quality, screen, battery (versus previous Zenbook Flip 14). With its cons. Of the minor ones: you can’t open it with one hand and without smearing the frame, only one USB-A port (it was too early to cut it); of the shortcomings is more serious - it overheats and, sometimes, slows down. Today out of the blue (attached a file on the State Services - well, a very resource-intensive task) began to slow down a lot, soon after which it showed a black screen, the only spot on which was the mouse arrow, while ceasing to respond to any manipulations. I had to turn it off using the power button, but when I turned it on again (after the time given to the device for cooling), it showed exactly the same black screen with a mouse arrow, shortly after which, it seemed to me, it turned off. At the same time, the light on the power button continued to burn and the battery light blinked. Seeing the latter, I connected it to the network, successfully turned it on and was surprised to find that the battery was at zero, although before the incident it showed more than 40%. Less than an hour and a half of time and the remnants of nerves did not add joy from the operation of the laptop.
