Very well made product. There are no wooden ends in the kit but I used IPE 2x6 as I expect heavy use. Positive: very well made, easy to set up - literally open the box and put in removable baffles. The rollers are strong and roll easily even under heavy loads (14 sheets of 3/4" carcass plywood). Disadvantage: The casters have no brake, they roll so easily that it is difficult to load them without casters when you want to push materials. inside or outside. The casters are set slightly in from the edge and if the wheels are turned in and your load moves outward it could tip over. The rollers are welded on, so there's no practical way to swap them out. I think a block with 2 non-rotating reels gives better control and adding a brake would help a lot. Pulley plates are mounted in a 1-1/2" steel angle frame and provide a pivot point for the pulley approximately 3-1/4" inside the outside edge of the frame. When the reel is rotated in the carriage, the reel's loading point is almost 5-1/2 inches inside the outer frame, which can cause tipping if your loading plate shifts outward (spike). It's solidly built but if I had known it could tip over I wouldn't have bought it. I will probably use it more as a wooden wagon than a tin wagon and will stick with my one-sided tin wagon for tin goods. There are several on Revain. I prefer the model with 2 fixed castors and a brake.
