this is good gear. The incoming audio is very loud - almost too loud, but there's a built-in volume control for that. The people on the other end say they can hear me fine. One minor complaint about the audio is that I can't hear myself speaking into the receiver like I would on a regular phone. It's just different than what I'm used to, so it doesn't really matter, but it just FEELS a little bit off. The build quality seems solid and the comfortable leatherette ear cups are top notch. The microphone boom feels a little flimsy, but is easy to position. I was pretty happy with the inexpensive 2.5mm binaural headphones I used to buy from Walmart, but they stopped selling them and for around the same price, they're definitely better. Overall: 4.4 stars. take action.
