What I don't like: At maximum compression the thin metal ring that fits over my head loosens and the plastic side panel rotates. It doesn't feel like it's securely attached to my head. What I like: While the earcups are loose, they're comfortable. I can hear others very well and they can hear me too. With the previous headset, people complained that I sounded far away. The microphone works much better here.

this is good gear. The incoming audio is very loud - almost too loud, but there's a built-in volume control for that. The people on the other end say they can hear me fine. One minor complaint about the audio is that I can't hear myself speaking into the receiver like I would on a regular phone. Not sure if the ones I received were defective or just made for people who speak VERY LOUD. When I speak in a normal tone, the people I call say they can barely hear me (like I'm far, far away).
