Review on 🎧 Binaural DC 2.5MM Telephone Headset - Compatible with Jabra, Cisco, Polycom, Panasonic - Ideal for Landline Phones by Jon Odom

Not sure if the ones I received were defective or just made for people who speak VERY LOUD. When I speak in a normal tone, the people I call say they can barely hear me (like I'm far, far away). I have to shout a lot to be understood. This is very bad because the incoming call sounds fine to me. However, the base headset feels cheap. The adjustment strap is quite stiff and difficult to put on and take off, and the headset itself isn't very comfortable. Not sure if they are too cheap to be useful or if the ones I received were defective. My previous headset was an Arama block which appears to be out of production. They only lasted a few years but the quality was much better and I didn't have to yell so I'm sending them back and buying something better.
