Lightweight, cable is long enough and twisted to avoid snagging, good sound quality. I connect it to a Panasonic DECT 6.0 phone system with VOIP support (MagicJack) - it works as expected. My only real gripe is the tiny size of the headphones themselves - about half the size of my adult ears - but not a show limiter. I've used several of these headphones over the years and prefer these "both ear" types to the one-header design. I don't wear it all day but use it for conference calls or when I need my hands free for typing or taking notes - minus 1 star for the small headphone size but overall "Recommended". Hope that helps!
