Windows and Linux Compatibility

I know it uses a Displaylink chipset that will be compatible with both Windows and Linux and that's also one of the main reasons I bought this product . I have both Windows and Linux systems, at work and at home, the constant unplugging and plugging of all cables is really annoying, I'm glad this product works on both platforms. Now I can connect my network cable, keyboard and mouse, display, etc. to this dock and I just have to run the single USB cable back to my computer and everything is connected! Yes, one cable needs to be reconnected to different laptops, not multiple cables. A very good product that brings comfort. It should be noted that this applies to all USB display products. The secondary display is for productivity, e.g. e.g. web design or word processing, etc., and not intensive display or GPU usage, e.g. B. Gaming or continuous video display, which is not intended for products with a USB display. Excellent and recommended full featured multiport dock including USB hub. , secondary display, gigabit ethernet and audio.

Pros
  • Very impressive
