Good quality! I always don't know what size to go for my 3.5 year old daughter because she is small (30 pounds and 37 inches tall) but I followed the other reviews on here and it was ok.
Pros
- I used to buy them from Target but they have been discontinued. I'm so glad I stumbled across them on Amazon.
Cons
- These tights were worn with a hole! Unbelievable!
