Now I swear by this thing. My son is 15 months old and since birth we have struggled to find the right combination of products/processes to treat his occasional diaper rash. We could only use Pampers clean wipes since all others irritated his skin almost immediately, and we used A&D Prevention & Treatment Cream at every change, in addition to frequent changes (learn more about diaper use) to keep him dry , but still get bouts of rash almost every month. This stuff was magic to us. We use it in every shift and now the diaper cream is only needed when he goes to bed or sleepover and we very rarely see a rash (mainly due to teething these days). It's a bit pricey but 100% worth it in my opinion. Happy boy = happy mom and no diaper change drama. My only wish is that they create a more travel friendly option. I had no luck with the wipe version as it dried out very quickly.
