Arrived as scheduled in a large box. It is in two pieces (chair base and the back rest) but was very easy for me to put together. After getting everything out of the box and reading the instructions, it took me a little over 5 minutes to assemble it by myself. The power cable, messager controller/cable and four chair legs were very simple to install. I am 5'5" and this chair just barely accommodate my height, so I wouldn't recommend it for tall and very heavy people. Push back reclining is ok and it has decent firm comfort to my liking. The built-in back messager has several modes to choose from. It works ok, but don't expect it to be a top-of-the-line, high intensity messager. When considering the price, overall I am satisfied with it so far. Took my first nap in it today and no problems!😁
