I love these bags. I needed many bags of different sizes to send yarn and knitting supplies to my daughter in Afghanistan. I didn't want to spend too much money so this was a good choice. I've read reviews of said bags not sealing well and starting to "leak". I figured as long as they were away for about a week everything would be fine. The tubs they traveled in were well sealed so I wasn't too worried about exploding wool tubs. Thanks to the bags, I was able to stuff nearly 40 pounds of yarn into each 17-gallon tub. Everything made it safely to Kandahar. No yarn explosions. I did not use the pump from the kit. The vacuum cleaner was much faster.
