UPDATE 5/13/19 The seller has contacted me via email expressing concern about my product and purchase. Like big businessmen they replaced my iSteadyPro. My other was found defective and sent back. I included this one. 1000% SMOOTH! I am shocked because I am traveling and need this item! It works so smoothly with my GoPro Hero 7! I've even run up and down the street and his resilience is AMAZING! I'm so glad they fixed my problem and I'm amazed at how good this stabilizer is for its price! THANK YOU HOHEM AND THANK YOU AMAZON! Excellent customer service and product! UPDATE 5/12/19 The seller contacted me 3 days ago. There is no solution yet. I also noticed that the device was not fully charged. I charged it for 4 hours. I put my new Go Pro 7 in and turned it on. I'm still shaking and I still hear a loud noise. For example, after holding it for 5 minutes and trying to troubleshoot, I noticed the handle was starting to get hot as hell! Then I smelled burnt. After about 2 minutes I just held the power button down while trying to turn it off. Nothing turned off! So I held him tight. I took out my Go Pro and put it on a stack of towels while it shook to death and eventually turned off. Wow. I have no words and 100 dollars! I'm pretty sure mine is defective. I bought this item for an upcoming vacation in 3 days. I've had it for 4 days and just opened the vox. Turn it on and everything shakes so much you can literally see the vibration. It also makes a loud buzz. I have a friend who has manual gimbals and they are quiet and smooth. I know mine is broken and I am very disappointed! I would NOT recommend this product! 100.00 paid for absolutely nothing!
