Review on 🚲 Maxxis Re-Fuse Tyre 28", DualC TR Maxxshield, Foldable 2021: Premium Bike Tyre for Optimum Performance by Jared Stauder

Revainrating 5 out of 5

great tyre. Best in Sport

I took them to ride my GT Grade which is really used as a multi-surface gravel/road/adventure bike. Since the wheels are tubeless I figured TR tires would be the way to go, after all tubeless tires are really good for my mountain bikes. I got the 32c as GT claims it's the largest size clearing a frame in my class (since the first year they made it). They are easy to adjust and seem to hold air well. On the bike, since I was able to get the tire pressure from 75psi (28c with tubes) to 60psi with these tubeless tires, the ride is really smooth on all surfaces. . It cleans most of the edges of gravel roads, especially the roots growing there, and prevents the rim from hitting. It also removes rattling from bridge walkways at high speed and even smoothes out the clunky old tarmac I sometimes drive on. Cornering seems good so far, and even at 60psi the bike doesn't seem to fidget around corners like some people have been implying. a product that has stood the test of time. These tires still have a lot of miles to go before they prove themselves, but I've had so much luck with their mountain bike tires that I'm giving them 5 stars as a token of my expectations.
