The ride is softer than other 32mm tires

These tires have a maximum pressure of 75psi. The maximum pressure on the Gatorskin Hardshell is 95psi, so I'm assuming they ride softer. But I'm only running 65psi on a rough chipset, the Maxxis seems to ride smoother compared to other brands' 32mm tires. I only have it in the front so almost no wear after 400 miles. it still looks new. I would recommend them for front wheels with a flat profile, but in the rear they can wear out quicker than you would like. I have a Gatorskin hard shell in…

Great tires you expect from MAXXIS

Great tires you expect from MAXXIS. I had a set on my MTB and love them too. So this is a TR and the air retention in the TR Stans is rim tested even without sealant. With the sealant, you can now confidently tackle long rides without a pump, spare hoses, or a storage bag to lug around. They're also light and fast and look really cool, oh, and glide over bumps really smoothly to be easier on your back. And the EXO sidewall makes them really puncture proof. Now size 40C, not many make this size,

The perfect grand fondo/randonneuring/adventure touring tire! 700 x 40c

Great 700 x 40c tire for all types of riding including road touring, on/off road adventure touring, commuting, occasional commuting and training. The spare fuse 700x40c was much easier to install than the 700x25c version which I also love (no need for tire pullers). The Re-Fuse tread pattern and rubber compound make this tire ideal for climbing and descending safely, and it rolls well on flat ground. They're also light enough for a 40c tire, so they feel faster than the stock tires I had on my…

After 500 miles one of them started to develop.

After 500 miles one of them started developing blisters the size of several cents in the center of the tread. Five have emerged and I will have to remove them for security reasons.

terrible condition.

I run race tubes, do special interval training on a Wahoo Kickr, and Re-Fuse tires are my favorite training tires for trail riding. They have made me irresponsible as I no longer carry a spare tube, lever or pump. My near roads are a joke, a terrible state. They can handle anything, and riding at 65psi couldn't be more comfortable. No problem, always being one step ahead. I ride them on a Cannondale SuperX, 1x configuration, 40T chainring, 11-36 cassette. all is well.

great tyre. Best in Sport

I took them to ride my GT Grade which is really used as a multi-surface gravel/road/adventure bike. Since the wheels are tubeless I figured TR tires would be the way to go, after all tubeless tires are really good for my mountain bikes. I got the 32c as GT claims it's the largest size clearing a frame in my class (since the first year they made it). They are easy to adjust and seem to hold air well. On the bike, since I was able to get the tire pressure from 75psi (28c with tubes) to 60psi with
