Review on 🍓 Bionutritional Power Crunch Protein Energy Bars, Wild Berry Creme - 12 Count (1.4 oz bars) by Darin Merriwether

I found this bar to be a nice flavor change compared to other Power Crunch flavors. While I agree that it tastes a lot like that strawberry waffle cookie you can get cheap, I almost feel cheated eating it as part of my high protein goals. I am a patient after bariatric surgery and the macros are exactly what I expected. More protein than carbs, 5g of sugar won't make you gag or throw up when you eat it. Now, of course, it's still a protein bar, so don't expect it to taste like candy or anything like that. Having realistic expectations is really very important. My expectations were to have a bar that wasn't so chewy "will I ever chew that" that it wasn't made from carabane and didn't taste like peanut butter. It fits perfectly! It's light, melts as you eat, big enough to feel massive enough but not so heavy that you'll regret eating it on your tiny tummy. You can also easily save half for later as it won't get hard and rough if you leave it for a few hours.
