I like that it's easy, fast, and intuitive to use. It has everything you need in one place which makes life easier when you're working with software updates, customer support issues or product development. One thing I dislike about this tool is how slow they are at responding to tickets (especially the support team). Support takes forever to respond to tickets! If you want an all-inclusive platform, then Tome might be your answer. We used Tome while building our own website so we could update customers on our new features without having to send out emails. The tool has made it easy for us to create our own customised PDF documents, which can be easily shared with users across multiple platforms. It also allows you to add your logo/branding as well as have access to all of their templates. There are some minor issues like slow loading time but nothing major. We use TOME to host our internal manual library that we share internally within our organisation.
