Handy size in pepper mills
This is a lovely little pepper mill. Very handy for storing right next to the stove. I've had several Peugeot pepper grinders and to be honest this one isn't as smooth as the others. I find the mechanism a bit finicky, but shaking it every now and then I can get the grinding mechanism to work together.
- ADJUSTABLE KNOB β The grinder knob on the mill head can be turned to achieve a fine balance of flavor. Adjust to get your preferred grind size. The firmer the handle, the finer the grind. The two-stage grinder first splits the peppercorns effortlessly and then grinds them to the right size.
