I wear two of these every day as my wedding rings and stones are quite cloudy, silver never stays shiny and unfortunately I think it might contain nickel or lead as I developed a ring rash. I am very picky about cleaning my rings but my engagement ring is also in sterling and has never caused a problem. I'd say it's best to use it occasionally and avoid regular products, lotions, oils, soaps etc, but they tarnish and age a little quicker than they should. The only positive was that they were insanely comfortable to wear and matched my engagement ring perfectly. The straps are thin but hold up well!
