So. Like a bone head I drove my car through a car wash and forgot to turn off the radio. 04, Lexus, SC430. I figured I'd have to disassemble the trunk, find the engine assembly, disassemble it, disable the radio, blah blah blah. Then I found this. I read the reviews and thought it can't be that easy. It was. Unscrew the nut holding the broken one, put the key in the ignition, press and hold AM and DISC on the radio, turn on the ACC, the old one just comes out. Put a new one in, turn off the ignition, the new one snaps in place, replace the nut. Seriously, the hardest part was unscrewing the nut! It took 15 minutes total because the old staff was sticking out and it took some ingenuity to remove the nut around it. If it hadn't broken so much it would have taken less than 5 minutes. AND IT'S CHEAP! What more do you want. Ooooh so cool.
