I like that they have an easy way for me as the user of this service with no training needed to create my own application or integration points into our software stack when we need them. That is something that can easily be overlooked by other companies in their APIs which makes it hard to build integrations between systems without having those specific features built inside your code first. It's quite simple but not fully developed yet so you might want to give them some time before jumping onto another one if they don't offer what you are looking for. We were able to integrate context quickly once its feature set was there to make us happy about using theirs over any others at the moment. This saves our team tons of work creating outbound emails from multiple platforms across our organization. Our Salesforce automation has been much more efficient now due to these new ways to access content. Also allows us to search through old communications within Gmail rather than just in Outlook where many times people.
