It's easy to use, and it has saved us time when setting up campaigns and sending emails to our customers. I don't like that you can only send emails from your own domain with this software. We do not have a corporate address or website, so we cannot send out newsletters through other domains. Also, there are times when the system will stop working and require manual intervention to get it back online. Our team at Loyalistic has been very responsive to our needs and questions. They are always willing to help you navigate their systems and find ways to make things work. Their support staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. As a small business, managing our email campaigns can be difficult without a tool like this. This helps to organize all of our campaigns into one place, which makes them easier.
