I will never buy this brand again.

Long story short, Vizio's incompetent engineering department tricked me into buying a poorly performing router. I bought a Vizio 60 inch flat screen TV that has several internet apps built in. TV, it refused to connect to my Belkin router even though all other devices in my house worked fine with it. They said I had to buy a new router (remember the same router worked fine with all other devices in my house). , including a brand new ipad4 with the latest Apple technology.) However, I ordered another router - the VIZIO ROUTER - right here at Revain. I bet you can already guess what happened. Your own router. made by their own company. will also NOT connect to my new Vizio TV. I immediately called her back and explained the situation. The person I spoke to about this resolved the issue in no time and it's absolutely unrelated to my router. I even reconnected my old router and connected the TV directly to it like it was originally supposed to. IN OTHER WORDS, VIZIO MADE ME BUY A NEW ROUTER NOTHING NOTHING! Unfortunately, the problems don't end there. Realizing that the TV would work just fine with either router, I decided to keep one and get rid of the other. . While it worked great, my Belkin router wasn't new. Because of this I decided to keep the Vizio router I ordered here and sold my Belkin router on Craigslist. This turned out to be an error. I soon found out that this Vizio router didn't have the range that my old router had. I used to sit in my backyard with my laptop and maintain a stable signal with my old Belkin router, but I can't with this Vizio router. There is another issue with this router that bothers me endlessly. Once or twice a week I have to reboot this router for no apparent reason. I've never had that with my Belkin router. Never. If I feel like I'm mad at Visio, it's because I am! They treated me like shit when I called them for support. Because of them I spent money on a router that I don't need. And they sold me a newer router that is just as unreliable as their tech support department. Whether or not you buy this product is up to you, but don't be surprised if you're disappointed. And don't expect sympathy from Visio,
