Review on Raygun by Ryan Turner

The support is second to none, they're always quick with an answer if you have any questions or concerns about their product. I love using rayguns as my error reporting tool. It helps me track down issues that are hard for us developers to pinpoint otherwise. Its very easy to use because of all its features but also has some nice customization options too which makes setup easier than other tools in this space (like New Relic). Not much dislike so far - only minor things like not being able to set up alerts when errors occur rather then just showing them at runtime. We've been tracking our production app's performance since we started out developing it 3 years ago now.
