Opened the box and tried it for the first time and it ruined my photos! I've tried cutting professional studio prints and at first some had rough edges while others started to peel off the print. The blade got stuck and wouldn't move all the way up/down unless I pushed really hard, so it started tearing up the normal photo as well. It seems to work fine for standard paper, but no more. And I was excited to see that there is a blue part that folds up, thought it would act as a guide when cutting, but I was wrong - there is still a small gap between the end of the guide and the trimmer . Also, you can't press the trimmer blade while the blue guide is down, so what's the point? It was like a guessing game trying to get the perfect measurements. Check out the photos I cropped. I used a teal piece of paper to show where there is a gap between the paper and the guide.
