I like that it's compact, doesn't have an industrial look and doesn't require an adapter which often takes up too much space or breaks easily. What I don't like is that it's hard to tell if anything happens when you press the power (?) buttons. Things seem to charge or turn on regardless of whether I press the buttons or not. What I don't like about returning both for a refund is that the charger emits a strong blue light that interferes with restful sleep (at least for me). I thought the light would go out when nothing is charging, but it's bright and relentless. I cut out the index card to cover all but one of the USB ports, but I don't think leaving anything flammable on a device that has an electric current flowing through it is a good idea.
