This thing, while incredible (vanilla flavor), is true. If someone gave me this and didn't tell me anything about it, I'd just assume it's like all those other chemical-loaded BS-packaged protein powders you get from GNC. Why am I saying this? It all depends on how good it tastes and how easy it is to mix. Now consider that it contains practically nothing and is sweetened with stevia, it really is unrealistic. I've used protein powder as a supplement for weightlifting and various other crazy workouts that I've been doing for over 20 years and have tried just about every major brand (worth a try). About 10 years ago I started looking for a protein powder without all that "crap" and found it a daunting task. I've been using it for over a week now and haven't had any digestive issues (I need something like Aminogen or a powder that's really lactose free) and I've found that everything I add tastes amazing. If everything I've read is correct then the milk they buy comes from Germany(?) which is great as the EU is much stricter on chemicals etc. Also, I believe they buy milk that goes straight into the process. Powder production, as opposed to using a whey by-product in cheese making (which most protein powder manufacturers do). I usually just drink this in a shaker with 6-7 ounces of water. Sometimes it's added to my morning green smoothie that I make at Vitamix and it works fantastic there too. It's a little more expensive than some, but definitely worth it. This is the tastiest, purest (no crap) protein powder I've ever found. Thanks Muscle Feast, you're killing him, keep it up.
