Take the same Viber, for instance; there are instances when all of the chats vanish. Following one of the ates, I generally arranged some dances accompanied by a tambourine in order to reinstall it on the clock. At the time, the download was still in progress, and the application had not yet been installed. The technical support was also of little actual assistance; they either provided useless guidance or reset the phone without calling back to follow up.
