It has no screen protector at all
I would give this 5 stars but it has no screen protector. I had an old Otterbox with a triple layer, but my young son wore down the silicone layer by tinkering with it while watching videos on the iPad. However, this Otterbox cover had a built-in plastic screen protector. It's not like this. If you're clumsy, this can be a deal breaker. If you want to draw with an Apple Pencil or other stylus without covering the screen with a plastic screen protector, you'll love this case. It just depends on what you need it for. I'll probably buy some sort of screen protector as it's for my son.
