This came hard as a rock. I sprayed it with water and it softened up but unfortunately have to do that every time or it’s dry and yucky to the touch. not at all how kinetic sand is supposed to be. Their customer service was very good with communication and sent me a new sand - telling me not to return the old one . Unfortunately it is the same super hard and dried out . I do not want to have to spray it with water every time my kids want to use it . I wish I had just returned it . now I feel like I am out the cost because the return deadline has past die to them stating they would send me a new one without Having to be returned .
