Product was fine. However, they sent the wrong charger to charge. The battery lasted about 70 times and when we went to charge it it was the wrong charger. It's supposed to have two prongs on the end, but instead it has a regular charger that charges my Kindle, headset, etc. The battery lasted us 2 1/2 months but product support, return and replacement only took 5 weeks. So we need to find and buy a new charger to make it work. The product is fine, the support cannot be reached by phone, email, etc. after about 30 days.
