I have already ordered them 3 times because they are too big. My daughter is 2 years 3 months old and wears a size 7 and her feet are fat so I took a size 7. Too big so I returned them and got a size 6. Still too big. I just sent them back and received a size 5 after receiving them in a few days. Let's see how it goes. Also, they are very cute, comfortable and my daughter loves these shoes. It's easy to quickly put them on and get out of the house. Definitely recommend, but could go down a few sizes. It's worth it for the price, they don't last long when the little ones grow anyway.
