It is good material and construction. The only thing is, it is not what is in the picture. It's 4 panel, not 3 panel. Very well built, just like the ones I got at the surgeon's office. As with all these velcro straps, the velcro will roll/damage the material and make the velcro less sticky after so many socks. They're not really meant to be worn for more than a couple of weeks depending on how often you open/close the velcro. *** TIP: Wearing a compression garment over it will help keep it in place!
