It was promising. but eventually broke under pressure. Pun. I've been wearing these shoes for 3 months and the soles have cracked so badly that they no longer keep my feet dry. I'm not talking about hiking, I'm talking about commuting on public transport. I can't wear them when it rains, period. I've had broken soles before. It happens. But usually it takes years, not 3 months! These shoes are not comfortable with heels. I walk all day, every day. The heels hurt every day. I thought I was just getting old. But after wearing my trusty running shoes, the pain stopped completely. Those were shoes! These shoes give them nothing. They never cave in except at the toes.
