My player is admittedly installed in a bad place. Unfortunately, my living room is not suitable for placing audio devices properly. My turntable is in a cheap entertainment center, flanked by several floor-standing speakers and a center channel. Also, it's right in front of my SVS subwoofer. The max volume on my AVR is 70. When I play records out loud, which is the only way, at around 53 the bass and vibration of everything starts jumping through the arm and giving terrible feedback. With their help I can now turn the volume up to 67 before that happens. By then it's so loud it sounds like crap no matter what the source. It made a difference in terms of steps and now I can jump in place within a few feet of my turntable without jumping. Not bad. I will say they are a little fiddly to install as nothing but the holes drilled in the panels hold the springs in place. They're okay when weight is applied, but they can be a little tricky to place. They appear to be of high quality and I am very happy with the results.
