Don't waste money.
Absolutely Terrible! Balloons pop so easily that I couldn't even make a balloon garland because those balloons are crap. Most of the Reds jumped out on their own. I wasn't even in the room and they crackled, nobody touched them, and all you hear is pop, pop, pop. pop by the end of the day. They are also very thick at the bottom and difficult to thread through the garland. I've made garlands before and it's never been so awful. The balloon garland is also available separately.
