I purchased braces for my Occidental 9520 finisher tool belt. I found that after several months of wearing the tool belt for 8 hours plus every day 5-7 days a week it leaves marks on my thighs and gets a little uncomfortable (which is to be expected since I carry a ton of tools in those bags every day). I'm not just a carpenter, I do a little bit of everything from frames to finishes). IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND TAKES A LONG TIME TO ADJUST THESE SUSPENSIONS (I don't know if it was because I was unintelligent or if they are really difficult to adjust). They took a lot of weight off my hips and waist once I adjusted them properly. They are great and I highly recommend braces and all western leather items. They are extremely comfortable and distribute the weight of the strap between my shoulders and waist.
