1. Arrived in a few days as promised. The angle drill is delivered in a sturdy plastic case, which is neither shown nor mentioned in the product description.2. Perfect condition (although sold as 'used').3. It doesn't have 10 amps as advertised: in fact it has MORE :) (NEARLY 13A)4. Heavier and larger than traditional drills, but lighter and smaller in its class: Heavy Duty Sidewinder Angle Drills.5. Thanks to its long handle and trigger clutch, it's the safest drill ever: Unlike the Hole Hawg, the DA4031 won't tie your wrist, hit you hard, or throw you down a ladder if it gets stuck in a nail or whatever.6 . It's powerful, quiet, smooth, well balanced, it can be used with or without a U-handle or handlebar (to fit in tighter spaces).7. I used a Dewalt (Timberwolf) side cover (which also works great) but went with the Makita because it's smaller (fits more places) and isn't as heavy. I've also used a Milwaukee SuperHawg (it's one hell of a beast), but it's more difficult to install in the small spaces that retrofit jobs often create. [For really small spaces I use the Makita 4A small angle drill, which is pretty darn cool but is limited to a 3/8 chuck].8. The only suggestion for improvement would be to make the head a bit smaller and add a built-in headlight to improve visibility.9. If I really wanted it it would also have rotor/hammer functions and an SDS chuck for quick keyless bit changes.10. Since it's a Makita, it'll probably outlive me :(
