No charger for heating, cooling and air quality control

I just received two special UV-C disinfectant sticks and am wondering why the charger didn't come with them? Very disappointed in my sister as a surprise gift for her vacation. Which plug (old school, unfamiliar with electronics) with charger should I buy? Best regards Katy
