Okay, so-so. The packaging and installation was fairly easy, although the few screws that went in the seat didn't fit well. Installation took about an hour with my help and there were no parts included in the package. I find that the metal legs are pretty strong and not everyone sees them fail. The main issue I have is that the seat is made of chipboard which means it's not comfortable and has some rough edges. They should have upgraded those seats a bit and the product would have been a lot cheaper. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind putting a pillow on them, they might just be the thing for you. However, they look beautiful.
