Stays in place and doesn't need to be tied tightly
I don't wear elastic headbands. It actually stays in place without fear of it slipping and I don't have to tie it tight at all. I love that it can be quite loose, to the point where I don't know it's there. I didn't buy it to absorb sweat so I can't comment on that aspect. Very comfortable and would buy again.
