I have this cover on my Kawasaki Vulcan (with saddlebags and backbar installed) and it fits perfectly. All sides of the cover are long enough to fully touch the ground and fully cover. I was able to thread the front latch through my tire's spokes, but I couldn't do it from the back (but that's because my rear tire has a solid wheel, not the product). So far it has held up well to the elements and survived the rain without any problems. Having this is a lot better than leaving your bike to the elements, and it's cheap enough that I wouldn't be too heartbroken if it broke after a while. Updates: I've had it for 8 months now. He survived a hurricane, several terrible severe storms with heavy rain and wind, and two ice storms. He mostly survived. The strap that goes over the wheel to keep it from snapping broke in the storm, but didn't break because my saddlebags were held up. The color faded to almost grey. Overall, it still protects my bike from the rain.
