I just love the taste. I joke I won't. Actually, I've never heard of beta-hydroxybutyrate. an ingredient in it that is said to help with cravings. I did a little research to find this stuff and found this: Seems to help the nerves and brain work better. It can be used as energy by muscles to improve exercise capacity. If you are interested, just type this in the search and all the information will appear. A few years ago I jumped on the keto bandwagon but found it just wasn't working for me. What was left instead was a low-carb lifestyle, which I found pretty difficult. I'm eating 20 net carbs a day, but I'm probably really in my 30s. Combined with my training schedule and other factors, there are days when I just feel foggy and definitely tired. I won't talk about it yet, but YU-UH-UM! So I will be using this until it goes away and if I notice any noticeable differences in what the product page and even the medical page I checked offer I will update this review with that information. I can be a bit unforgiving about food that gets in my mouth and not quite sure what the effects of carbs are. The product page and the box it came in do not list this information. The box did not contain a product information insert; I think they were green and feel like they provided all the information we needed on the box itself. What is sweetened with? The "other ingredients" information is printed on the packaging, but I don't see anything other than sweeteners (which is what I usually see in low-carb/sugar-free products). Just something I'd like to know. The aerosol can itself measures 5 inches from the cap to the bottom of the can. It measures 1/2" on the side. Allowed for an informed purchase decision.
