After looking at about 30 straps here at Revain I settled on this one. Most belts were too wide for my liking as the Ciro I read about had a rather narrow belt. This was one of the few that wasn't as wide. I really like that firstly there is a velcro strap that adjusts to your waist. then it has 2 more velcro straps that can independently adjust the tension on each side. For me, since it's my left SI that's giving me trouble, this worked like a charm. Back pain that occurs after 20 minutes of standing or walking does not occur with this belt. It has taken 4 years to get back into this bad shape, with this belt I hope to heal and end the pain. So far, so good.
