Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Black Women's Cross Training Shoes and Athletic Footwear by Women's Influence by Meaghan Abosi

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for hiking, machines and cardio. Very stable shoes.

I am 5ft 6in, weigh 135lbs and am in good physical condition. I work out for about an hour every day, doing cross training and cardio. I've only bought Asics for the last five or six years, but I've found it less and less liking. Lack of sustainable options, wear out too quickly and poor sole quality. I go through a pair of sneakers every three months so I need something that will last. Also, my foot rolls outward, so stability is very important. And a decent wide sock. I wear medium women's size 8.5 but my foot is wider. I've been using them for about a week and I really like them. They are light and roomy. on my leg. They are very stable. I don't feel any outward inclination, but I don't feel restricted either. While they don't feel soft, they are clearly well cushioned as I literally felt like I had a feather in my foot. Step - more energy - just walk. The first time I used them I did a 45 minute walk/run on the treadmill and there was no discomfort, pinching or cramping. My foot, which rolls the most, felt stable and comfortable. The only thing I would have wished for in these shoes was an extra lace hole further up to the ankle bone. But part of that is because my others needed it as they weren't as stable. I don't feel like the shoes are slipping, I guess I'm just so used to having to tighten them to make them tighter that I'm constantly looking for those holes. It's not enough to make me want her back. I definitely see myself buying them again and looking for other shoes from this brand. As a recommendation for those who combine running and walking with other types of cross-training, I recommend having at least two pairs of everyday running shoes for training and a third pair if you wear running shoes for the city. I have a pair of Puma shoes that I use to box at the gym. I only use them for cardio training. Switching them on and off makes a huge difference to your feet and greatly extends the life of your running shoe. It's like different outfits for different occasions.
